In April I travelled to Whangarei to present to the Northland Kindergarten Association Teacher Only Day.
My brief was to present two sessions on the NELPs Objective One.
NELPs One is about beliefs, bias, challenge and change.
Ensure places of learning are safe, inclusive and free from racism, discrimination and bullying. The presentation looked at how we build our belief system, who helps us build it, how our beliefs shape our world, and how we can change our beliefs as we grow older and times change.
What a great day it was - Frances is so knowledgeable, professional, and inspiring and I'm sure that everyone in the room had a takeaway moment or two or three.... We will have her back any day :) Barbara Harrison Operations Manager Northland Kindergarten Association
